Centrifugal submersible aerator principle:
QXB centrifugal submersible aerator is a direct connection type structure. The rotating impeller generates a centrifugal force in the water, and a negative pressure zone is formed around the impeller by the centrifugal force. Air is sucked through the inlet pipe, and the sucked air and water are mixed in the mixing disk. Then this good uniform mixture is automatically discharged from the discharge port.
This process includes the following aspects: mixing of air and water in the mixing tray produces gas-liquid mixing effect, and the gas-liquid mixture discharged from the outlet forms circulation and convection; oxygen in a large number of air molecules moves at high speed to obtain a very high oxygen absorption efficiency.
Centrifugal diving aerator precautions
1. In order to prevent impurities from accumulating in the unused part of the submersible aerator, the submersible aerator can be cleaned with clean water pumped by the submersible aerator.
When the centrifugal diving aerator is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and hoisted in a ventilated and dry place, paying attention to freezing. If placed in water, run for at least half an hour every half month to check its function and adaptability.
3. Check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year. If the motor insulation drops, contact the supplier in time. If the fastening screws are loose, please re-tighten them.
4. Check the cable at least once a year, and replace it if it is damaged.
Before the submersible aerator leaves the factory, it has been injected with an appropriate amount of oil to lubricate the mechanical seal, which should be checked once a year. If water is found in the oil, drain it, replace the oil and gasket, and tighten the plug. After three weeks, it is necessary to re-check. If the oil is emulsified again, the mechanical seal should be checked and replaced if necessary.
